RailTel Health & Hygiene Programme
Implemented around Modern Rail Coach Factory, Lalganj, Raebareli. The impact assessment records 10 project villages, 120 awareness meetings, 10 health camps, 607 nutrition kits, 10 TLM kits and 2,251 people reached through health services.
DFCCIL TB Nutrition Support
Implemented in Raebareli district from 22 March to 30 June 2025. The impact assessment records 700 registered TB patients receiving nutrition support alongside counselling, awareness and follow-up for treatment adherence.
CONCOR Model Anganwadi & Health/Hygiene
In Karwi and Pahadi blocks of Chitrakoot, selected Anganwadi centres were strengthened through infrastructure improvements, child-friendly learning resources, sanitation, safe drinking water and maternal health/nutrition awareness.
